There are many birth control methods to choose from. Talk to your Family PACT provider about what method would be best for you.

You can read more about each birth control method by reading NEW Choosing Your Birth Control Method (PDF), a graph that explains the highlights of each method. Think about which method might work for you. Ask your Family PACT provider to explain more about each method.

When you choose a birth control method, you need to know the facts. You can’t make your choices based on myths you’ve heard. NEW Birth control: Myths and Facts (PDF)

If your method fails for any reason, or if you have sex without a method, you can still prevent pregnancy even after sex. Find out about NEW Emergency Contraceptive Pills (PDF).
