Family PACT providers have access to a wide range of easy-to-read, culturally appealing client education materials. These materials are available to Family PACT providers AT NO COST to them.

The Office of Family Planning is pleased to announce that our new and newly revised client education materials are now available! View our new catalog and order form! To order materials, print the order form and fax the completed form to the fax number on the form. All items are available in English and Spanish only.

Birth Control Methods
These materials are intended to help you provide appropriate informed consent for your clients regarding their chosen birth control method.
These materials are designed to help clients to plan for a healthy pregnancy, to learn about breast cancer, and to find out about the importance of various exams and tests in keeping healthy.
Sexually Transmitted Infections
There are pamphlets intended for clients who have been diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection as well as information flyers you can use in education and counseling settings or in outreach efforts.
