Family PACT


Provider Orientations

Medi-Cal providers applying to become a Family PACT provider are required to attend Family PACT Provider Orientation. The provider orientation process is delivered in two parts: online and in person. The orientation includes an overview of the Family PACT program, provider enrollment process, program standards and benefits, and client eligibility and enrollment. All staff involved with the Family PACT program are welcome to participate.

Complete the orientation process by following 3 simple steps:

  1. Visit: www.ofpregistration.org to create a profile in the Office of Family Planning’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  2. Complete part one of the orientation online – You must complete the online session in order to register for the in person training. Print the Certification of Completion when you have completed the online training.
  3. Complete part two by attending the in person training – Site Certifiers must attend the in person training and are required to present photo identification during registration.
