Policies, Procedures, and Billing Instructions

The Family PACT Policies, Procedures and Billing Instructions (PPBI) manual is your official program provider manual. This is the provider’s resource for successful incorporation of the Family PACT Program into your practice. The PPBI Manual, Bulletins, and Manual Replacement Pages (MRPs) are provided on the Family PACT website for providers to access and print.  The PPBI includes all communicated changes and modifications to the program found in previous Family PACT Update bulletins. To maintain a current PPBI Manual, please update the pages as soon as possible according to bulletin instructions. Unless otherwise noted, you are not required to retain prior bulletin issues.

BILLING TIPS
