Family PACT providers have access to a wide range of easy-to-read, culturally appealing client education materials. These materials are available to Family PACT providers AT NO COST to them.
As a Family PACT provider, you can order these materials by following these three easy steps:
- Decide what materials you need in your setting.
Read the Family PACT Catalog of Client Education Materials (PDF, 2MB).

Print and fill out the Family PACT Order Form (Updated 5-08) (PDF).

Downloadable Materials
Family PACT is making updated and newly developed materials available online. As a Family PACT provider, you can print these materials yourself as you need them. Each new title is now available in 6 different languages -- English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Russian. Some topics are also available in a large-print version in English.
