Attending a Provider Orientation Session

The Physician-owner or Medical Director must attend the Orientation. Other staff members are also encouraged to attend. To receive the needed Certificate of Attendance, you must attend the entire day-long session.

The Orientation session includes:

  • A comprehensive overview of the Family PACT Program
  • The scope of the benefits
  • How you can integrate the Family PACT program into your practice
  • Client eligibility criteria and enrollment
  • EDS provider support systems
