Course Description
You have just hired new staff for your busy clinic. How will you help them understand their unique role in providing Family PACT services to your clients? This session will provide an overview of the information that staff need to know in order to implement the Family PACT program successfully in your agency. Strategies for determining staff training needs and suggestions for how to create a training process for all levels of staff will be discussed. This session will also provide an overview of the resources that are available to enrolled Family PACT providers to assist in staff training and as an ongoing resource for optimal program implementation.
Course Objectives
At the conclusion, participants will be able to:
- Describe the roles and responsibilities of staff in the Family PACT Program.
- Determine training needs of staff working in the Family PACT program.
- Identify resources that can assist in successfully implementing and maintaining the Family PACT program.

To Begin Your Session
Click this link 'Connect to Webex.' On the left column, find the 'Attend a Session' section and then click 'Recorded Sessions.' You'll see the session listed there; click on the title. Complete the registration form. Once registered, click the playback arrow to start the session. After the recording starts playing, you can open the interactive panels. First, click on the 'View' menu. Then select 'Float All Panels.' This will allow you to see all the panels as they were used and viewed during the live webcast of the event.
