Ask the Experts:  Updating Your Family PACT Provider Enrollment and Profile

Course Description

This session will review the information that must be updated in the Medi-Cal Provider Profile as well as identify when providers need to enroll or re-enroll sites in Family PACT. The circumstances, rationale and processes required for these updates and enrollments will be discussed.

Course Objectives

At the conclusion, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe what information needs to be updated in the Medi-Cal Provider Profile.
  2. Identify what types of changes require a new or re-enrollment as a Family PACT provider.
  3. Recognize why accurate provider information and enrollment is important.

All participants should download an evaluation form prior to viewing the session. Click the link and print a copy of the evaluation. The slide presentation and slide handout is also available. After viewing, fax completed evaluation form to (510) 625-9307, Attn: Family PACT. Once your evaluation is received, and your attendance is verified, you will receive a Certificate of Participation in 2-4 weeks.

To Begin Your Session

Click this link 'Connect to Webex.' On the left column, find the 'Attend a Session' section and then click 'Recorded Sessions.' You'll see the session listed there; click on the title. Complete the registration form. Once registered, click the playback arrow to start the session. After the recording starts playing, you can open the interactive panels. First, click on the 'View' menu. Then select 'Float All Panels.' This will allow you to see all the panels as they were used and viewed during the live webcast of the event.
