Provider Orientation and Update Sessions
Provider Orientations are an essential part of becoming a Family PACT provider. Every provider wanting to enroll as a Family PACT provider must attend a Provider Orientation.
New Changes for Registering for Provider Orientations!
To register for Orientations being held November 1, 2011 and beyond, registrations will be submitted in an electronic format ONLY. This new registration process will begin November 1, 2011. To register online:
- Click the "Registration" link next to the appropriate date and location.
- Fill out the form electronically, identifying the desired session(s).
- Click the submit button in the top right corner of the form.
- Print the completed form and keep it for your records.
For the Submit button to work properly, your email account must be specified as the default email account for use with your internet browser. This setting is accessed through the internet properties of your browser. Contact your IT department if you are experiencing difficulty in submitting your registration form.
