Attending a Provider Orientation Session
The Physician-owner or Medical Director must attend the Orientation.
Other staff members are also encouraged to attend. To receive the
needed Certificate of Attendance, you must attend the entire day-long session.
The Orientation session includes:
- A comprehensive overview of the Family PACT Program
- The scope of the benefits
- How you can integrate the Family PACT program into your practice
- Client eligibility criteria and enrollment
- EDS provider support systems
