Next Choice One Dose™
Next Choice One Dose™ (levonorgestrel 1.5mg) is a Family PACT program benefit retroactive to December 01, 2012 and is available for pharmacy and clinic dispensing. Clinics can bill it using HCPCS code X7722.

Family PACT Retroactive Eligibility Certification and Claim Process
Please remember to always ask your clients who are new to Family PACT (never previously enrolled) if they have had any Family PACT-covered expenses in the three months before they enrolled in Family PACT. For more information about Retroactive Eligibility, please go to the Client Eligibility page.
